What This Document Covers

HireFlowAI is an AI-powered platform. This disclosure explains how artificial intelligence is used within the product, what it does, and what it does not do — so you can use the platform with a clear understanding of how your outputs are generated.

How AI Is Used in HireFlowAI

HireFlowAI uses large language model (LLM) technology, powered by the OpenAI API, to generate the following outputs:

• Tailored resumes structured for ATS parsing and platform-specific formatting

• Targeted cover letters based on your career profile and a job description

• LinkedIn profile assets including headlines, About sections, and experience bullets

• ATS Alignment Reports analyzing keyword match between your resume and a job description

All outputs are generated dynamically based on the information you provide. No output is pulled from a template library or pre-written database.

What the AI Does

• Restructures and rewrites your provided experience for clarity, impact, and keyword alignment

• Extracts requirements and keywords from job descriptions you submit

• Formats outputs for the specific platform you select (LinkedIn, Indeed, General ATS)

• Scores keyword alignment between your resume and a target job description

• Identifies gaps and provides specific recommendations to improve your ATS score

What the AI Does Not Do

• Fabricate experience. The AI does not invent jobs, skills, certifications, education, or qualifications you have not provided.

• Guarantee outcomes. AI-generated outputs are optimized starting points — not guaranteed paths to employment.

• Access external systems. The AI does not connect to LinkedIn, job platforms, or any external database on your behalf.

• Store or learn from your data. Your career profile is not used to train AI models.

Human Review Is Required

All AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by you before submission. While HireFlowAI is designed to produce accurate, professional content, AI systems can produce errors, omissions, or phrasing that does not reflect your intent. You are responsible for the final content of everything you submit to employers.

Third-Party AI Provider

HireFlowAI uses the OpenAI API to power its generation features. OpenAI operates under its own usage policies and privacy practices. For details, see: openai.com/policies
