HireFlowAI is an AI-powered career optimization platform that generates tailored resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile assets, and ATS alignment reports from your professional background and a target job description.

What HireFlowAI does:

• Generates ATS-optimized resumes tailored to specific job descriptions

• Creates platform-specific resume formats for LinkedIn, Indeed, and general ATS systems

• Writes targeted cover letters based on your experience and the role

• Optimizes your LinkedIn headline, About section, and experience bullets

• Produces an ATS Alignment Report showing keyword match, gaps, and recommendations

What HireFlowAI does not do:

• Fabricate, invent, or exaggerate any experience, skills, certifications, or education

• Guarantee hiring outcomes or interview requests

• Auto-apply to jobs on your behalf

• Access or integrate directly with LinkedIn or job platforms

All outputs are generated from the information you provide. Review all materials before submitting applications.

1. Go to hireflowaі.app and click Build My Resume Free

2. Enter your email address and create a password

3. Verify your email using the confirmation link sent to your inbox

4. Once verified, you will be directed to your dashboard to begin setup

Note: If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 minutes, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, use the Resend Confirmation link on the login page.

Your career profile is the foundation of every output HireFlowAI generates. A complete profile produces significantly better results.

To build your profile:

1. From your dashboard, click My Profile

2. Complete each section:

   • Work History — add each role with title, company, dates, and key responsibilities or achievements

   • Education — degree, institution, and graduation year

   • Skills — technical skills, tools, and platforms you use

   • Certifications — name, issuing body, and year

   • Target Role — the job title and industry you are targeting

Tips for best results:

• Include specific achievements with numbers where possible (e.g. "Reduced onboarding time by 30%")

• List tools and platforms by name — these become keywords in your outputs

• If you have an existing resume, paste your bullet points directly into the work history fields

Your profile auto-saves as you complete each section.

1. Complete your career profile (see above)

2. From your dashboard, click New Generation

3. Select your target platform: LinkedIn, Indeed, or General ATS

4. Enter the job title you are applying for

5. Paste the full job description into the job description field

6. Click Generate Resume

7. Review your output in the preview panel

8. Run your ATS Alignment Report from the same screen

9. Export or save your resume (Pro required for export)

Tip: Include the complete job posting — requirements, responsibilities, and preferred qualifications. The more complete the JD, the more precise your keyword alignment.
