1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HireFlowAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Keystone Tech Holdings LLC.

2. Description of Service

HireFlowAI is an AI-powered career optimization platform that generates resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile assets, and ATS Alignment Reports based on information provided by the user. The platform is provided as-is and subject to the limitations described herein.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Keystone Tech Holdings LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your career profile

• Use HireFlowAI outputs to misrepresent your qualifications to employers

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the platform's AI systems or prompt logic

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Share account access with third parties or resell generated outputs commercially

5. AI-Generated Content

HireFlowAI generates content based solely on information you provide. You acknowledge that:

• All generated outputs are starting points and should be reviewed before submission

• Keystone Tech Holdings LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any generated content for any specific purpose

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submitting it to employers or posting it publicly

• HireFlowAI does not fabricate qualifications — any inaccuracies in output are the result of inaccuracies in your input

6. No Guarantee of Employment

HireFlowAI makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the platform will result in interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes of any kind. Results vary based on factors entirely outside our control.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Free tier access is provided without charge subject to generation limits

• Paid subscriptions are billed weekly or monthly via Stripe

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Export bundles are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once the export has been delivered

• Refunds on subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

8. Intellectual Property

HireFlowAI's platform, interface, prompt systems, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Keystone Tech Holdings LLC. Generated outputs based on your career data are yours to use. You grant Keystone Tech Holdings LLC a limited license to process your data for the purpose of generating your requested outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Tech Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HireFlowAI, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, lost income, or reputational harm.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Keystone Tech Holdings LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
