• Name and email address at account creation

• Career profile data including work history, education, skills, certifications, and achievements

• Job descriptions you paste or upload

• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data including features accessed, generations completed, and session activity

• Device type, browser, and operating system

• Analytics data collected via PostHog

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Generate your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn assets, and ATS Alignment Reports

• Operate and maintain your account

• Process payments via Stripe

• Send transactional emails including account confirmations and onboarding communications

• Improve product functionality based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not use your career profile data to train AI models.

4. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely via Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@hireflowai.app.

5. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

• We do not share your career profile with employers, recruiters, or any external party

• We do not fabricate, alter, or misrepresent your professional information

• We do not use your data for targeted advertising

6. Third-Party Services

HireFlowAI uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase for database and authentication.

• Stripe for payment processing.

• OpenAI for AI content generation.

• PostHog for product analytics.

• Resend for email automation.

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your account and associated data

• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time
